Cathy Behr talked to her doctor during her recovery from a chemical exposure in late April, and the doctor told her he couldn't get information from Weatherford, the maker of ZetaFlow, a substance that sickened a worker who Behr treated in the emergency room.
Behr said that after talking more with the doctor, she learned he tried and failed to get information about ZetaFlow from online sources, but he didn't get a verbal refusal to cooperate from anyone at Weatherford.
Behr's primary-care doctor is now trying to get more information about the chemical from Weatherford to aid in her long-term treatment, she said.
"I still would like to know what the exact chemical was," Behr said.
Weatherford representatives did not return calls for previous stories in the Herald.
A Weatherford spokeswoman left a message with the Herald on Wednesday but did not return a subsequent phone call.
